I tried to like this place. On the first day, they just forgot my order. While 4 other people in my family ate, I just sat there. Everyone finished before I even got my food. When I ask, my food was just on the counter the whole time. I thought, first time, let’s give them another try. Let’s try take-out. I thought it was reasonable to think the quantity of the food for take out is equal to the quantity of food if one is to eat at the restaurant. I was wrong. The portion came in almost in sample sizes. The noodles that I ordered came in half full. Also, just a note to the chef, Pad see eww is with Chinese broccoli. If not, then you go down to broccoli. And if you cant find broccoli, you don’t have the proper ingredients to make that dish. Napa cabbage in Pad See Eew is an abomination and you’re supposed to char the noodles a little, not just coat with sauce and leave the noodles just white. Hope you guys try to fix it.

The food was absolutely fantastic! The pho had a rich, authentic flavor, and the short ribs were tender and delicious. Great service, clean atmosphere, and reasonable prices. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Vietnamese food.

Eggroll was so crispy and fresh. I also got the grilled pork which had a deep char flavor! There was a great variety of drinks. I recommend the passion fruit if you’re looking for something fruity. Other than that, Thai tea/Vietnamese coffee are great classics and they do it well. 👏

I’ve tried a lot of pho places over the years, but Pho Chubby has quickly become one of my favorites. The pho was absolutely perfect—the broth was rich, flavorful, and tasted like it had been simmered for hours. It had that authentic depth of flavor that’s hard to find, and every ingredient tasted fresh and high quality. The noodles were cooked just right, and the portion size was generous. What really surprised me was how good the egg rolls were. The filling was incredibly flavorful, well-seasoned, and packed with ingredients instead of mostly wrapper like some places. They were crispy on the outside and delicious on the inside, making them some of the best egg rolls I’ve had in a long time. The restaurant was clean, the service was friendly, and the food came out quickly. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. Whether you’re craving a comforting bowl of pho or looking for great appetizers, this place definitely delivers. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Pho Chubby to anyone looking for authentic Vietnamese food. This is the kind of place that keeps you thinking about the meal long after you’ve left.
